Optimization of Graphene-basedimmunosensorsensitivity and detectionlimit for E coli 0157:H7

In this study, a reduced graphene oxide(rGO) is used as conductive transducer layer in order to improve the performance of the immunosensor.

E coli 0157:H7 antibodies are immobilized on the surface area of the rGO to allow the biorecognition of the bacteria.

In order to analyze of the surface morphology of the reduced graphene oxide, a scanning electron microscope FESEM is used and the characterization of E coli binding with the graphene via cyclic voltammetry technique.
